A few photographs from a walk I took a little while ago in Devil's Tombstone State Park in Greene County, New York. No longer being used to this sort of hike and unwilling to drink any water for much of the time, I was pretty well worn out by the last summit, but it was an immensely rewarding day all the same.

The day was unusually hot and muggy for the area, and much of the Catskills was overhung with a heavy haze.
